What makes us Different ?

At Mountain West Medical Spa, our weight loss program takes a comprehensive approach that looks beyond the number on the scale. During each new patient assessment, we explore five key areas that influence weight: genetics, hormones, environment, medications, and behavioral health. By understanding medical history, lifestyle factors, and potential barriers, our team can develop personalized plans that are realistic and sustainable. Treatment options may include GLP-1 therapy, nutritional support, and regular check-ins with our clinical team to provide structure and ongoing support.

Choosing the Right Medication

Selecting the appropriate GLP-1 medication, such as Semaglutide or Tirzepatide, involves a thorough review of each patient’s health history, medical needs, and weight management goals. During the consultation, licensed providers evaluate individual factors and discuss the potential benefits and considerations of each option.

Both medications have been shown in clinical studies to support weight management. The choice between them depends on factors such as current health status, lifestyle, and treatment objectives. Our team provides guidance throughout the decision-making process to help determine the most appropriate and safe treatment plan.

Flexible Weekly Payment Options

At Mountain West Medical Clinic, we believe that wellness should be accessible and easy to manage. Our flexible weekly payment options allow patients to participate in our medical weight management program with smaller, predictable payments — without large upfront costs.

All programs include provider oversight, personalized guidance, and ongoing support to help you stay consistent throughout your treatment plan.

Disclosure: Patients must keep a valid payment method on file. No credit check is required. Missed or past-due payments may result in cancellation of the installment plan, collection activity, and delay of medication orders until the account is in good standing.
