My mission has always been to make wellness accessible, affordable, and rooted in compassion. I started this journey with the belief that quality care should never be out of reach, and that genuine connection is at the heart of healing.

Over the years, it’s been incredibly rewarding to watch our clinic grow while staying true to that vision—offering exceptional care, empowering patients through education, and building lasting relationships within our community.

With the support of our amazing team and local partners, we’ve been able to give back through programs that provide essential services to those in need. At Mountain West, my goal remains simple: to create a space where every patient feels valued, supported, and truly cared for.

Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer

I lead our financial strategy, business development, and long-term growth initiatives. Under my direction, the clinic has scaled into the multi–six-figure range, achieving consistent year-over-year growth while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and community connection.

Before co-founding the clinic, I held several leadership roles overseeing multimillion-dollar sales teams, where I developed extensive experience in financial management, operational strategy, and organizational growth.

I studied Business and Marketing at the Lubin School of Business at Pace University in New York City’s financial district, where I built the foundation for my leadership philosophy and gained firsthand insight into the fast-paced, results-driven world of Wall Street. That experience continues to influence my approach today—balancing financial precision with creativity, vision, and purpose.

Medical Director & HRT, Weight loss specialist

Toni Moosmann is a highly experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to advancing accessible, patient-centered healthcare across Utah. With over a decade of clinical experience, Toni has built a reputation for blending evidence-based medicine with a holistic approach that prioritizes long-term wellness and individualized care.

As Medical Director of Mountain West Medical Clinic, Toni oversees clinical operations, provider training, and compliance while ensuring each patient receives exceptional, high-quality care. Her expertise spans family medicine, preventive health, women’s wellness, and medical aesthetics, reflecting her commitment to treating the whole person—not just the symptoms.

Toni’s leadership philosophy is grounded in education, empathy, and empowerment. She believes in creating an environment where patients feel heard, providers feel supported, and care remains rooted in compassion and integrity.

Weight Loss Specialist

With over 12 years of nursing experience and nine years as a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner, I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients across a wide range of settings, including Palliative Care, Hospice, and Pain Management. Those experiences have given me a deep appreciation for how physical, mental, and emotional health are all connected—and how true healing requires addressing the whole person.

As one of the co-creators of our medical weight loss program, I’m passionate about providing compassionate, judgment-free care that empowers patients to take control of their health. I take time to listen, educate, and support each person I work with, creating personalized, sustainable plans that improve both quality of life and overall well-being.

My goal is simple: to help every patient feel seen, understood, and confident in their ability to make lasting, positive change.

Master Esthetician & Practice Manager

As the person who helps keep Mountain West Medical Clinic running smoothly day to day, I take pride in creating an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment for both our patients and our team. My background as a Master Esthetician, certified by the NIMA Institute and Spa, taught me the importance of precision, attention to detail, and client experience—all skills I now bring to my role overseeing daily operations.

From coordinating schedules and managing patient flow to supporting our providers and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes, I’m passionate about creating systems that make our clinic stronger and our patient experience exceptional.

I love being part of a team that shares the same commitment to compassion, care, and excellence—and I’m proud to help keep that mission alive every single day.

Administrative Coordinator

As the Administrative Coordinator at Mountain West Medical Clinic, I work closely with Ally to help oversee the many moving parts that keep our practice running efficiently. From patient coordination to daily operations, I take pride in supporting a seamless experience for both our team and our patients.

Beyond the clinic, I’m passionate about building relationships and expanding our community presence. I actively network and engage with business leaders throughout Salt Lake and beyond, helping to strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities for growth and collaboration.
