Mountain West Medical Spa is a South Jordan–based wellness clinic dedicated to medically supervised weight loss and hormone replacement therapy. We are now accepting new patients for our structured weight management programs, designed to support long-term results, hormonal balance, and optimal health under licensed medical care.

  • For new and returning patients ready to begin or continue care before the new year:

    • Semaglutide (with B12 Compound): $699 total (first month $99, ongoing $300 × 2)

    • Tirzepatide (with B12 Compound): $1,025 total (first month $225, ongoing $400 × 2)

    All programs include ongoing provider monitoring and support.
    Individual results vary. Treatment eligibility is determined by a licensed medical provider following a consultation.

  • Integrity, creativity, and empathy Patients who pre-purchase three months of treatment receive a fourth month at no additional cost.

    • Semaglutide (with B12 Compound): $900 total

    • Tirzepatide (with B12 Compound): $1,275 total

Our weight loss program is delivered entirely through virtual care, making it easy and convenient for patients anywhere in Utah to access medically supervised treatment from home. All consultations, follow-ups, and provider check-ins are conducted virtually.

Patients receive personalized treatment plans under licensed medical supervision, with options for medication delivery available anywhere. This program is designed for flexibility, privacy, and continuity of care—without the need for in-office visits
